How the loop works
MAI keeps working through the same operating loop, using what it learns to inform the next decision.
1 Connect
Your accounts, data, and business details.
2 Monitor
Watches performance and flags meaningful changes.
3 Investigate
Works out the likely cause and recommends what to do next.
4 Act
Executes within your rules, after approval or on the schedule you set.
Every action is logged, and the result feeds back into the next
decision.
MAI can use more than ad-platform data
Ad platforms see media performance. MAI can also use the business data that determines what profitable growth looks like.
The ad platform sees
MAI can also use
When this data is available, MAI can use it alongside media performance to inform where the next dollar should go.
CONNECTS WITH
You decide what MAI can do
Choose what MAI can do automatically, what needs your approval, and what it should leave alone.
AUTO
Low-risk changes can happen automatically within the rules you set.
NEEDS REVIEW
Changes you want to review wait for your approval, with MAI's reasoning attached.
PAUSED
Keep any type of change entirely under your team's control.
An example, not a default. You can change any of these at any time, and if something changes outside your rules, MAI tells you instead of working around it.
Frequently asked questions
Google and Meta already automate bidding. What does MAI add?
MAI works above the individual ad platform. It brings in account history, business context, measurement, and cross-channel information that no single platform has.
Is MAI just a chatbot connected to an ad account?
No. MAI keeps the account context, follows performance-marketing playbooks, and keeps working after the conversation ends, moving from analysis into controlled, logged execution.
Will MAI replace our team or agency?
No. MAI gives the existing team more capacity. People still set goals, priorities, budgets, and constraints, and review decisions where human judgment is needed.
How do we stay in control?
You decide what MAI can manage automatically, what needs approval, and what stays with your team. Changes are logged so you can see what MAI did and why.
Can MAI work with campaigns we already have?
Yes. For supported campaign types you can import existing campaigns into a plan, so MAI knows what it is allowed to manage.
How does new creative enter MAI's workflows?
Upload it, add a supported link, or sync from Google Drive. Once processed, tagged, and available to the platform, it becomes a candidate for campaign creation and tuning.
What does getting started look like?
Connect your accounts, add your goals and business context, and choose what MAI should work on first. Review what MAI finds, then decide what it can handle automatically and what should require approval.
